Description
Since the 1980s, the Russian River Valley has been recognized as the source for
California’s most opulent and exotic Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays. The region boasts a
cool, maritime climate and small hand-tended vineyards tucked away in the countryside
and ridgelines, which are key to producing premium Pinot Noir and Chardonnay wines.
During the growing season the landscape is often covered in evening and morning fog,
providing lower temperatures and reduced sun exposure.
