Made using 100% Glera grapes. This has its grapes sourced from different vineyards situated in different parts of the estate, 150 meters above sea level.

Vigna Nuova Vino Spumante Brut features a straw yellow color with light green glints. Showcasing consistent perlage and persistent effervescent froth. The nose is characterized by a marked perfume of yellow flowers, apple, peach and pineapple. The palate is full and warm, but also fresh with intense and persistent fruit notes. Due to its freshness and structure, this wine is an ideal drink with seafood, sauced d’oeuvre and aromatic courses/soups. This wine also serves as a great aperitif!
