Frontenac

Frontenac is a dark-skinned, hybrid French-American grape variety made in 1978 at the University of Minnesota. The juice usually has a deep garnet color, with cherry aromas. Other flavors of blackcurrant, plum and  chocolate have been associated with this grape.
