Summers Estate Cabernet Sauvignon Estate is a blend of cabernet grapes procured form several premium select vineyard lots in Calistoga, including the Summers’ own Villa Andriana vineyard. A distinctive nose of vanilla, roses, and herbs, followed by a mid-palate of black cherries and blackberry, with a finish of baker spices. An all-occasion wine, savor it with prime rib and pork chops, or grilled salmon and backyard hamburgers.
