Today, the growers and winemakers of Rebellious have created a refreshing and fruity California Sauvignon Blanc.

This crisp and refreshing Sauvignon Blanc features notes of tropical fruit, melon, citrus and green apple. Vibrant acidity and beautiful minerality complete the wine profile, making an exceptionally balanced wine with a rich, long mouthfeel. Excellent on its own as an aperitif, it also pairs well with salads, fruit, green vegetables, light white fish dishes and even stronger flavors like asparagus.
