The fruit for this Beaujolais is a blend from carefully selected, high quality vineyards in southern Beaujolais, near Lyon. The granitic soil creates light, expressive Gamay grapes. Aged with semi-carbonic maceration to bring more tannins and structure to the wines, defining the Louis Jadot style and making bolder Beaujolais wines.

Louis Jadot Beaujolais features a lovely garnet color. This plump, juicy wine has fresh aromas and flavors of strawberries and black cherries offset by lively, peppery notes. Tart and refreshing finish leaves your mouth watering for another sip!
