Les Alliés Sancerre
Sancerre, situated in the eastern part of the Loire Valley, is famous fore its mineral crispness. Made from the Sauvignon Blanc grapes on soil consisting of a combination of clay and limestone and chalk.
Vibrant fruit with a streak of tangerine running through the white asparagus, verbena and Meyer lemon notes. The long, pure finish lets a straw edge chime in. Excellent fit for seafood and Fish, as an aperitif or with goats cheese.
