Description
Imagery Pinot Noir
Rooted in three decades of Sonoma Valley winemaking, Imagery embraces the artistry of fine wine. Our estate Tasting Room is known for helping wine lovers discover new and esoteric varietals surrounded by one of the world’s largest wine label art collections. In our new line of Imagery wines, we’re celebrating traditional varietals enhanced with something a little outside the box. It’s our way of inviting you to raise a glass and Broaden Your Palate
Growing up, Joe Benzinger’s middle daughter, Jamie was surrounded by her dad’s love of lesser known varietals. Working alongside Joe, as a young winemaker Jamie absorbed his spirit of adventure and some of his boundless energy. Together, they’ve created our new collection of Imagery wines, blending the spirit of our Sonoma estate with today’s most popular varietals. Each of Imagery’s new California tier of wines takes a traditional varietal and adds a little twist – something unexpected, something out of the ordinary, something very Imagery.
Balanced and smooth, this Pinot Noir has layered notes of jammy strawberry, cherry and boysenberry. The fruit flavors are enriched by well integrated oak and blended with 5% Petit Verdot to achieve a substantial body. Our Pinot Noir is rich and complex with soft tannins and a long layered finish.
