Description
Hardin Cabernet Sauvignon
The first Hardin Cabernet Sauvignon (2003) was discovered on a trip to California. The wine was sourced from one of Napa Valley’s long time “cult” producers.Basically, we found ourselves in Napa at the right time, and were able to taste and buy a small lot of this top, top quality wine. Following the blow-out success of the first effort, we have continued to comb the Valley to find small lots of truly amazing wine to blend together to make a spectacular, over-achieving wine each year. Because we are sourcing directly from these top estates, we are able to make one of the absolute best values in the market for Napa Cab!
Hand harvested and fermented using all native yeast in a combination of oak and steel tank. Farmed using organic and sustainable method and aged in French, oak barrels for 16 months with approximately 30-40% being new.
