The Bouchon Winery following the introduction in 1989 and extraordinary popularity of the brand in Asia. Our Winemaker uses the innovative LISA system of cultivation (Low Impact Sustainable Agriculture) to protect the environment of the estate. With his comprehensive knowledge of the soil and climate here, our winemaker oversees the vineyards during the harvest and throughout the complete growing cycle.

Bouchon Winery is a working winery located in the heart of Sonoma County. It is dedicated to the production of high-quality wine varieties from various vineyards in Sonoma County and other prestigious wine regions of California. From vineyard to winery, quality is the first priority at Bouchon. The vineyard is located at Sonoma County above the Russian River. The soils and microclimates of Sonoma County have been discovered to offer ideal growing conditions for premium wine grapes. The vineyard were replanted in 1995 to select clones of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.

In the vineyard, grapes are carefully chosen based on our winemaker’s recommendations and specifications. In the state-of-the-art cellar, wines are handled with only the utmost care and expertise. Each lot is handled separately, ensuring that it develops to its maximum potential. Blending is seen as an art, resulting in wines with great complexity and finesse

The winemaker selects Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the finest growing regions in California and personally supervises the vinification and careful aging of the wine until it is perfected and bottled. This wine is richly flavored with black currant and mint aromas. Velvety and soft yet intense on the palate, with lingering berry flavors.
