You know that feeling… a sensation that someone, or something, is with you when you thought you were alone. Over the years, such encounters have occurred at our winery, and we refer to this elusive  figure as the Phantom.

Numerous sightings have intrigued us over the years, with visions of muddy work boots and blue jeans lurking in the cellar. Many are convinced that the Phantom truly exists, while others remain skeptical. Do you Believe?

Hauntingly deep ruby in color, this premium blend of Petite Sirah and Zinfandel opens with aromas of blackberries and cherry cobbler. On the palate, tantalizing flavors of blackberry jam appear first, with hints of white pepper, juniper berry and baking spices coming out of the shadows to seduce the senses. The finish lingers, as plush, velvety tannins possess the palate, softened by 24 months spent aging in American oak.
