Vinification and aging:
The grapes are harvested at the optimum time of maturation, transported and received in the cellar, attending at all times to the main objective of organic wine production. Applying an oenology based on the own evolution of the characteristics of the organic grape.
The facilities of the winery guarantee the separation of the harvests from organic farming and the wines obtained. Fermentation and maceration in contact with skins at controlled temperature not exceeding 28 ° C for 10/15 days.
Bodegas Luzón Verde is made using a native grape to Spain, Monastrell, and this particular wine uses organic grapes. An intense cherry red color with a purple trim leads with aromas of ripe red fruit, floral and mineral tones. The palate is clean and juicy with red fruit flavors being dominate but are balanced by soft tannins.
