The desert, which spans as far as the eyes can see. Blissfully sunny skies. And let’s not forget about the Margarita. As legend has it, we have Marjorie King to thank, her namesake cocktail was fortuitously conceived at Rosarito’s own Rancho La Gloria Hotel in 1938.

Concocted for, and named after Hollywood actress Marjorie King, the icy mixture of tequila, triple sec and lime flowed like a river across the border into Southern California where it has since been established as the region’s trademark cocktail.

Rancho La Gloria pays homage to this original craft cocktail, with the mission to remove barriers to consumption where craft meets convenience
