Aromas of baking spices (cinnamon, brown sugar, allspice), caramel and oak jump from the glass. The palate opens up with rich, mouth coating flavors of those baking spices and then quickly transitions into notes of toasted oak and sweet caramel. The finish is soft and pleasant, with lingering notes of sweet brown sugar.
