Kings Family Distillery Ryeconic Honey Cask Finish Straight Rye Whiskey takes our twice-barreled Ryeconic and ages it a third time in a whiskey cask that has been used to age local, East Tennessee honey. We age it until it tastes just perfect, with a hint of sweetness on the back. The honey tames the spice of the rye, giving it a rich sweet finish.
