Over the years, Clyde May loved to experiment with different mash bills so to create incredibly unique whiskeys that could never be replicated, bottled from a single barrel and handpicked to his own exacting standards. Today the Clyde May’s Single Barrel program aspires to that same spirit, bottled one barrel at a time and handpicked. It’s about as close as you can get to knowing a guy, who knows a guy, who knows how to get Clyde’s good stuff.

This special edition of Clyde May’s bourbon was selected by the staff and customers of Elma Wine & Liquor. This barrel was aged of 5 years and consists of a mash bill of 75% Corn, 21% Rye and 4% Malted Barley and bottled at a perfect 105 proof.

This limited edition Clyde May’s Single Barrel Bourbon features a honey amber color with aromas of honey, sweet caramel with big oak and baking spice. The palate is round and creamy notes of sweet brown sugar and caramel up front that transition into pleasant flavors of oak, cherry spice and cinnamon. The finish is long with lingering notes of spice.
