Jameson Irish Whiskey Caskmate IPA Edition utilizes a process of sharing used Jameson barrels with a local brewery so that they could age their IPA. Those same barrels are then returned to Jameson to finish off the whiskey in. The result is a refreshing take on Jameson that will be sure to leave you satisfied.

On the nose are floral notes, herbal hops, grapefruit citrus, that mix with subtle orchard fruits, complemented by wood shavings and a little nuttiness. The palate opens up with hops, light citrus and transition into sweet herbal and delicate spicy tones. The lingering fresh fruit and hops give way to grains of barley and a signature smooth finish.
