Gabrielle Ashley sources fruit from the Alexander Valley in Sonoma County, California. The wine is mostly Cabernet Sauvignon (95%) with some Cabernet Franc (5%). The wine is then aged in a blend of 75% French Oak and 25% American Oak for 10 months.

Gabrielle Ashley Cabernet Sauvignon is a medium body wine with great fruit flavors and smooth structured tannins. It has aromas of black cherry, Cassis berries, plum, slight blueberry, vanilla, oak and chocolate. It is a fruit forward wine with lush flavors, nice balance and a long silky finish.
