Eagle & Plow, our largest vineyard site, sits at the Northwest corner of the Mercer farm. The name exemplifies patriotism and hard work – qualities that we strive for and promote for future generations.

Eagle & Plow red blend spends 16 months aging in oak barrels before release! This wine features a dark and intense purple color. The nose boasts aromas of ripe black cherry and plum, with underlying notes of milk chocolate, coffee and spice. The palate is full bodied and balanced by ripe notes of black currant, mocha, vanilla and spice. The finish is long and lingering with final flavors of Bing cherries and spice.
