Menage A Trois Silk Red Blend 2017 750ML
Once upon a time, men traveled thousands of miles over land and sea for the Orient’s most prized treasure: silk. Its delicate, exotic texture was so desirable, silk literally changed the world. Fortunately, our winemakers didn’t have to travel far in their quest for silk; instead, they found the treasure they sought in marine-influenced vineyards in California’s Central Coast, North Coast and Lodi-Delta appellations: Pinot Noir with seamless cherry flavors, Malbec with velvety softness and Petite Sirah with alluring depth. Dreaming of liquid silk, they assembled their blend, and used unique fermentation methods to craft a delicately textured, ultra-smooth wine with supple tannins. Grapes were cold soaked, then gently pressed to silky perfection. To further illuminate the wine’s unique texture and flavors, the blend was enhanced with a hint of sweet, spicy French and American oak. The result? The smoothest, softest, silkiest wine you’ve ever tasted. You’d travel thousands of miles for just one sip, but lucky for you, you don’t have to.
Experience Menage a Trois Silk, a smooth, seductive red blend that caresses you with every sip. This seamless, lustrous blend of Pinot Noir, Malbec and Petite Sirah glides gracefully across your palate like silk. Its the lavish, luxurious experience you’ve been craving.

California:
California makes about 90% of all American wine, while it has been harvesting grapes since the 18th century. It’s the fourth largest producer in the world due to its abundance of fresh ingredients and diverse soils, it attracts the most renowned chefs and sommeliers from around the world. Although Chardonnay is the most popular wine in the sunny state of California, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, White Zinfandel and Pinot Grigio are a handful of other favorites.
During the prohibition area, Zinfandel was the wine grape that survived! The winemaker community always follows sustainable winegrowing practices and make sure to produce wine that is environmentally friendly. Don’t worry about the California drought every year, the annual rainfall of wine regions north of San Francisco and in southern regions receive adequate, fresh, rainfall.
